Dumpster Rental and Trash Removal Services

The City of Boston, acting by the Parks Commission, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, Roxbury, MA 02118, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

 

Bids shall be on a form supplied by the Parks and Recreation Department and shall be clearly identified as a bid and signed by the bidder.  Bids shall clearly be labeled with the project name. All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Dumpster Rental and Trash Removal Services at Various Locations.

Bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, May 23, 2024.  Sealed bids must be submitted through either (i) the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal http://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement or (ii) via delivery of a sealed, clearly labeled envelope to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Ave 3rd floor, Boston, MA 02119.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday May 6, 2024 after 9:00A.M. Boston Time, at www.boston.gov/departments/procurement 

There will be no informational pre-bid conference for this project.
