Project Goals
The rehab of the existing YWCA building includes the renovation of 118 apartments and 66 hotel rooms to create 210 units of affordable housing. 111 units will provide stable housing for people experiencing homelessness. The remaining 99 units will be for households with incomes up to 50% AMI. Beacon Residential Management will be the property manager and services will be provided by Pine Street Inn. Minimal modifications will be made to the commercial space and all but 1 of the tenants will remain.
