Project Goals
24,683 square foot commercial property with a history of auto related uses. Located on Talbot Avenue between Franklin Field and Codman Square in Dorchester.
The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) held a community meeting on March 1, 2016 for developers to present their proposals for the redevelopment of 270 Talbot Avenue and Spencer Street in Dorchester. The developers discussed their plans for the site, in response to DND's Request For Proposals (RFP).
