One triangular parcel totaling 3,442 sq ft and zoned for MFR. The parcel does not have any direct access to the street and has no potential for development. The parcel is paved and used by the surrounding apartment buildings (mostly owned by Grove Hall Apartments LLC) for parking.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
