One parcel totaling 1675 in a 1F-6000 zone. Abutting vacant lots are mostly owned by nearby abutters. One of many small parcels in between two rows of houses. Unclear who would take this parcel in a potential abutter sale; hold on to parcel for now.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
