250sf parcel adjacent to several Cumberland Farms properties. Has not been fenced in or encroached upon. No development potential. Small and could be difficult to find someone at Cumberland Farms to talk to about them taking the parcel.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
