Project Goals

This project will result in the development of 12 BPDA-owned land parcels located in the Garrison Trotter neighborhood. The potential development of these sites will include the development of mixed-income homeownership units under the Neighborhood Homes Initiative. This project will result in a total of 23 new units, consisting of 3 single-family homes and 8 side-by-side townhouses (16 ownership units), and 2 two-families (2 ownership, 2 rental). Of the 23 units, 16 ownership units will be affordable; 5 ownership and 2 rental units will be market. The affordable homes are evenly distributed between 80% AMI and 100% AMI.
