Dhruv Kapadia (he/him) serves as an Implementation Coordinator for the Planning Advisor Council. In this role, Dhruv collaborates with City of Boston and Boston Planning & Development (BPDA) staff to coordinate the implementation and tracking of comprehensive neighborhood plans.

He first joined the Planning Advisory Council as an intern through the Mayor's Office Summer Internship Program in June 2023. Dhruv started his work in public service serving as Student Body President of Boston University, where he is currently double majoring in Political Science and Economics and minoring in Statistics Dhruv is from Hopewell Township, New Jersey, where he was recently elected as the town school district's youngest and first South Asian Board of Education member in its 129-year history.
