BOOTCAMP

This class will develop your muscular strength, increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and improve your agility through performance exercises that will keep you at your optimal fitness level. This is achieved through the combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and agility exercises. You will experience overall improvements with your physical performance with your daily activities, balance and flexibility, sleeping habits, in addition to helping you maintain a healthy weight.

chair yoga

It’s a full body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. KICK IT BY ELIZA

Join instructor Olivia Porada for a high energy Kick It by Eliza class! Kick It is a music-driven, kickboxing-inspired fitness method with 13 rounds. The class brings high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components and a meditative cool down. All levels welcome! All you need is a yoga mat, sneakers, water, and yourself.

salsa

¡Vamos a bailar! Learn the fundamentals of salsa on1 footwork and partnerwork in a fun and inclusive environment! At the end of class, you'll practice your new moves with your peers in a social dance setting. No dance experience or partner necessary. All levels are welcome!

strength and BALANCE

A total body workout with a focus on strengthening the core and limbs while amplifying the body’s movement through stretch, improving overall balance, posture, muscle tone and mobility. By learning how to move the body in a healthy way, one can reduce pain, improve body awareness, avoid injury and reinforce proper movement principles. Class begins in a chair to freely move every part the body and then transitions to standing weight bearing exercise to improve bone and muscle strength.

strength and conditioning

This all-levels class is designed to increase physical strength and mobility through bodyweight exercises! The circuit style workouts will work all major muscle groups so you feel it from head to toe. All movements will have modifications to progress down or up depending on how you feel.

TAI CHI

An ancient Chinese martial art that is used as a slow-moving exercise to achieve relaxation and stress reduction. Tai Chi offers benefits for the body, mind and spirit.

Yoga

This class will bring you through postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Taught by Not Your Average Yoga teacher, you will be able to strengthen the body and the mind as you realize your spirit, impact, and self-worth. Classes will incorporate coping skills along with relaxation techniques.

zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, Zumba combines all elements of fitness:

  • cardio
  • muscle conditioning
  • balance and flexibility
  • boosted energy, and
  • a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class
zumba TONE

Zumba Toning incorporates weighted toning sticks or dumbbells, which come in 1-pound and 2.5-pound sizes, to the Zumba® workout that participants use almost like maracas. The toning sticks function like dumbbells to act as resistance weights.
