The meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 6 p.m.

Potential respondents to the recent Request for Proposals (RFP) for the disposition and development of two City-owned parcels, at 369 Geneva Avenue in Dorchester and 569 River Street in Mattapan, are welcome to attend. 

 Interested applicants will be provided with the following:

• An overview of the application and development process;
• information on innovation focus of the RFP;
• basics of financing and financing options;
• networking and team-building opportunities.

The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services liaisons hosts weekly Coffee Hours located conveniently in each neighborhood. This is an opportunity to connect with your neighborhood liaison to receive support connecting with City departments, addressing any concerns, or just to say hello to connect joyfully.

Only applicants who have submitted an Eligibility Determination Form prior to the August deadline and have subsequently been invited to apply by the CPA Office are eligible to complete this full application for funding. The deadline to apply for the FY24 funding round closed on August 31, 2023.
