We are holding a drop-in session at the Faneuil Gardens Community Center. Depending on the weather, we will have a table set up outside in front of the community center, or we will be set up inside the community center. Drop in anytime to ask questions, view materials, and learn more about the project. Spanish interpretation will be provided.

The Mayor's Poetry Program is an annual program in which Boston residents are invited to submit poems to be displayed throughout City Hall and in an online gallery for one year. The theme for 2023, selected by Poet Laureate Porsha Olayiwola, was "Love".

Fifteen poems were selected to be displayed throughout City Hall for a year. Selected poets and honorable mentions will be participating in a reading on Friday, April 21, from 12 - 1:30 p.m. on City Hall Plaza (the Speaker's Corner in front of the main entrance). In the event of inclement weather, the reading will be moved indoors to room 801 at Boston City Hall.

These changes will increase the legibility of the bike network in Jamaica Plain. This walk will focus on changes coming to Eliot Street and McBride Street. Separate walks will be held for other projects in the neighborhood, including Green Street and Seaverns Avenue/Gordon Street and Boylston Street. 

We will meet at the corner of McBride Street and Call Street at 5:30 p.m. and regroup at the Eliot School at approximately 6:30 pm.

We are holding an outdoor drop-in session in Union Square. We will have a table set up outside at the corner of North Beacon Street and Cambridge Street, near 1 North Beacon Street. Drop in anytime to ask questions, view materials, and learn more about the project. Mandarin and Cantonese interpretation will be provided.
