New iOS Version of ParkBoston Launched

The City of Boston has launched the latest version of our ParkBoston app on the Apple Store (iOS), which allows you to pay for metered spaces across the City. This update will be coming soon to Android devices.

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application to demolish a house and garage at 32 Pearl Street, in Dorchester. The applicant wishes to erect a new structure with six residential units and eight parking spaces.

This information about a proposed demolition is provided by BLC staff as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has 10 calendar days from receiving a complete application to determine historical, architectural, cultural, or urban design significance.
