New iOS Version of ParkBoston Launched

The City of Boston has launched the latest version of our ParkBoston app on the Apple Store (iOS), which allows you to pay for metered spaces across the City. This update will be coming soon to Android devices.

Demolition Delay application: 395-409 Columbia Road, Dorchester

The application is to demolish a commercial structure and garage at 395-409 Columbia Road in Dorchester.

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from John Chistolini with Conservatory Lab Charter School Foundation, Inc., to demolish the commercial structure and garage located at 395-409 Columbia Road in Dorchester, MA 02125.

We will post each Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has 10 days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural or urban design significance.

If you have input about the significance of any of these properties, please send to BLC staff before 5 p.m. on October 4, 2018.
