The City of Boston, Massachusetts (the “City”), acting by and through its Chief Financial Officer and Collector-Treasurer (the “Official”), invites sealed bids for Lessor in the transaction generally described above, and more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) which may be obtained at the Office of the Collector-Treasurer, City Hall Room M-35, One City Hall Square, Boston, Massachusetts 02201-1020 commencing at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, April 12, 2021. The IFB shall be available up to the deadline for the submission of Responses on April 27 at 12:00 p.m.

Unless all bids are rejected, the Official shall award the contract to the bidder whose bid (i) results in the lowest net effective interest rate (computed on a true interest cost (TIC) basis), and (ii) is otherwise responsive to the IFB. Bid prices shall remain in effect for the entire applicable period, or periods, of performance.
