The Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) is seeking services for Maritime passenger transportation to and from Long Island. The proposed vessels should have a protective enclosure to safeguard passengers from weather conditions. The BPHC is also seeking for operational services of barging transportation to and from Long Island. Barging services to start on April 1st, 2023, through March 31st, 2026.
