Project Goals
The proposed mixed-use development will involve three (3) buildings and includes twelve (12) newly constructed moderate and middle-income homeownership units affordable to households up to 80% AMI. The mixed-use development will create approximately 6,993 sf of ground floor commercial and retail space. The project also plans to create affordable home and business ownership opportunities for local Boston residents.
