Approve the acquisition of 5 properties from Fairfield to Daled Properties LLC (Boris Kuritnick). DND will provide funding for repairs to the buildings to address health and safety issues. The affordability will be set at 60% AMI for all units for the first 5 years, after which 12 units may be made available to tenant a<80%AMI and 2 units at market.
