Project Goals
The Magnolia|Woodford project is comprised of six parcels of vacant City owned land that will be developed into 4 new one and two-family homes, resulting in 7 new housing units. 6 of these units will be homeownership units and 1 will be a rental unit. Construction is scheduled to start in the summer of 2022
