Project Goals

72 Burbank Street is a 27-unit affordable rental housing production project located in the Symphony area of the Fenway neighborhood. The project consists of a new six-story building with a total site area of 3,575 sf. All of the units will be affordable to households earning 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) or less and are designed according to the City of Boston’s Compact Living Guidelines.
