Project Goals
9 Leyland Street will provide 43 units of income restricted rental housing for seniors ages 62 and up, as well as 9 off-street parking spaces. All 43 units will be restricted to households earning up to 60% AMI. Nineteen (19) units will be restricted to households at or below 60% AMI, thirteen (13) units will be restricted to households earning up to 50% AMI, and an additional eleven (11) units restricted to households earning up to 30% AMI. Five (5) units will be set aside for homeless or formerly homeless households.

This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
