RESTORATION OF HISTORIC MASONRY GATE AT DORCHESTER NORTH BURYING GROUND, DORCHESTER

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02118, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above. M.G.L. c. 30S39M

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Restoration of Historic Masonry Gate at Dorchester North Burying Ground, Dorchester

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, May 7, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened read aloud through a virtual meeting. Bidders will be able to view the event live through a link provided on the City of Boston website: boston.gov/departments/parks-and-recreation/doing-business-parks-and-recreation.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Tuesday, April 21, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time on a USB Thumb Drive at 1010 Massachusetts Ave, 3 rd floor Boston, MA 02118. Electronic copies are also available upon request via email at BPRDBids@boston.gov

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at Dorchester North Burying Ground, 611 Columbia Road, Dorchester at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
