Boston Cannabis Board Voting Agenda

You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB”) will hold a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 1:00p.m. The voting hearing is open to the public, however, no additional testimony will be accepted.

Interpretation Services in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Cabo Verdean Creole, Russian, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Somali, and American Sign Language may be available upon request if the request is made two (2) weeks prior to the public hearing.  

This hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, further extending modifications to the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20). The BCB reserves the right to amend the agenda pursuant to applicable Open Meeting Law and Public Notice requirements. Please contact the BCB at (617) 635-2330 or cannabisboard@boston.gov with any questions or to request an interpreter.
