How to make a request for a property record card

A property record card lists the full details of a property. You have two options to make the request:

步骤
1

Before you get started by mail

To make a request, we’ll need your contact information. You also must give us the property’s information, including the:

  • ward and parcel number
  • property address, and
  • property type (residential, commercial, industrial, or condominium).

Don't know the ward and parcel number? Find the information through our Boston Property Lookup tool.

The fee is $5 for each parcel. You can pay by check or money order made payable to the City of Boston. If you’re requesting a card for a property you own, we will waive the $5 fee. You just need to sign your application.

步骤
2

Complete your application

Please download, print out, and complete the property record card request application.
