This will be the fourth and final community meeting to establish the types of uses and activities the community would like to see in a new center. The community center study is also exploring location options for a potential center. A final report based on the neighborhood meetings is expected to be completed early next year before moving to the design phase and the next step of community involvement. 2022 Boston Unity Cup Tournament Finals

This adult soccer tournament features 22 flag-bearing nations competing in a World Cup-style tournament finals on November 5.

The Boston Unity Cup is a citywide adult soccer tournament celebrating Boston’s diverse community around a shared passion for sport. 



​Hosted in collaboration with local leaders, community organizations, nonprofit programs, and the City of Boston, the Boston Unity Cup is a testament to the power of partnership and what our city can do when we come together.

The tournament is comprised of 22 flag-bearing nations. Teams will vie for the 2022 Boston Unity Cup during the tournament finals on November 5 at Madison Park Stadium in Boston. The schedule also includes:

  • 10 a.m.  - Youth Jamboree and Resource Fair
  • 12 p.m. - Parade of Nations
  • 2 p.m. - Closing Ceremony and Trophy Presentations

Halloween is known as a day of fun and mischief, but we're making it one of service too! Join SPARK Boston at Women's Lunch Place, Back Bay's premiere day shelter for unhoused women to see their incredible programs in a whole new light. Over drinks and snacks, you can learn more about their incredible work empowering this vulnerable community and how you can get involved as a volunteer or a member of their Young Professionals program. Costumes are encouraged - it is a Halloween party after all! 

You can support WLP by bringing a pair of new socks, gift card to Dunkin' or Starbucks, or another high need in-kind donation item. We'll also be doing an on-site service project as part of the event. So tell your friends and get your spooky season on with SPARK Boston!
