E&I Academy, The Pilot
Join us for a transformative series of meticulously crafted learning experiences designed by the Equity and Inclusion Cabinet. Our goals are to build trust across lines of difference, foster our sense of belonging, and equip our colleagues with appropriate tools to better serve our diverse populations.
Participants embarking on this transformative journey will enrich their comprehension of equity and inclusion matters, and translate these insights directly into their daily responsibilities, thereby enhancing their capacity to serve the diverse residents of Boston, more effectively.
Why E&I Academy
First, in today's diverse and intersectional world, promoting equity and inclusion within our organization is a moral imperative and a strategic advantage. Second, many of our colleagues have asked for opportunities to learn how to serve residents of different communities better. Finally, we need you in this collective endeavor!
